超短波结合神经肌肉电针法治疗面神经炎的临床效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨超短波结合神经肌肉电针法治疗面神经炎的临床效果及应用价值。方法：随机选取笔者所在医院2016年7月-2019年6月收治的确诊为面神经炎的70例患者，将其随机分为两组，每组35例。对照组给予肌肉电针法治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合超短波疗法进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、Portmann评分、SAS评分。结果：研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前Portmann评分、SAS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后，两组Portmann评分、SAS评分均有明显改善，且研究组治疗后Portmann评分、SAS评分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：超短波结合神经肌肉电针法治疗面神经炎的临床效果显著，可改善患者面部神经功能，改善患者负面情绪，从而提高患者生活质量，值得临床上推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of ultrashort wave combined with neuromuscular electroacupuncture in the treatment of facial neuritis. Method： Seventy patients with facial neuritis diagnosed in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups， with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with muscle electroacupuncture treatment， while the study group was treated with ultrashort wave therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy， Portmann score and SAS score were compared between the two groups. Result： The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in Portmann score and SAS score before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment， Portmann score and SAS score of the two groups were significantly improved， and the Portmann score and SAS score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Ultrashort wave combined with neuromuscular electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of facial neuritis. It can improve the facial nerve function of patients， improve the negative emotions of patients， and thus improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
